Jewellery made to last and treasure, our lifetime warranty covers every piece of jewellery free of charge. This includes:
**Repairing:**
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable we will replace it free off charge or offer a store voucher
**Polishing/ Plating:**
If you notice your jewellery losing its colour or luster over time, we're happy to re-plate or polishing it for you.
*Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover your Hugo Luis piece being lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged by a third party, we will require a photo of the piece to fulfil your warranty*
